When a loved one dies, one of the first things that a family must do is decide if an end of life celebration will take place, and if so, what will it “look like.”
More and more folks are looking for a celebration of life that is more contemporary, more personal, and more focused on the life of the person remembered. As a celebrant, I can work with you to create the kind of life celebration your family will be comfortable with.
When your loved one dies, I will meet with your family, hear your stories and listen to your wishes. Together, we will create a celebration of life that recognizes and celebrates your loved one’s unique personality, remembering their life, celebrating their stories and their memories.
Pre-planning is also available, which can be helpful if your loved one wishes to be included in the planning of their goodbye ceremony. I will meet with the person who is to be remembered and create a record of their wishes, so that, when the time comes, the family will have the information they need.
